Electric Daisy is a neon highlighter yellow creme nail polish. These neon polishes are custom-formulated to be worn without a white base color and it's UV reactive properties means it glows under black light.
Shake well before use as particle settlement may occur. For best results, apply base coat, 2-3 thin coats of nail polish then finish with top coat.
