Online Return Policy
We do not issue refunds. We are happy to issue store credit or exchanges. Items being sold online at a sale price, all swim suits, intimates, and apothecary items are final sale.
Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date. The customer is responsible for shipping. We recommend you send the package insured and with tracking as we are not responsible for missing packages.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the price tags intact. We have the right to deny store credit to returns or exchanges if it does not meet our policy requirements.

Email us at PrismSeattleShop@gmail.com about your return/exchange so we know whether to issue store credit or an exchange. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability, or store credit will be emailed as a discount code.
